The Armand-Frappier Foundation is pleased to announce that an amount of $ 24,610 was collected for the benefit of the health research in INRS-Institut Armand-Frappier Centre at its first participation in the Scotiabank Charity Challenge. Thanks to the generosity of everyone, the amount collected puts the Armand-Frappier Foundation in the 5th position among 31 organizations that participated in this Challenge.
The Foundation highly apprectates the contribution of the 35 racers and 325 sponsors who contributed to the great success of this first participation of the Foundation Challenge. We emphasize particularly the generosity and support of Marie-Claude Rousseau and also thank the outstanding team of Trainees in bioscience which alone raised more than $ 15,000. In addition, we can not overlook the exceptional involvement of the organizing committee that has lead to several contributions.
Together, we exceeded our target of 25%. This event was not only a rewarding experience but also very encouraging, reflecting a great generosity of donors, in which without their support the Foundation would have not accomplished its mission.
Thank you again to everyone we greatly appreciate the support for upcoming charity challenges
